Refund Policy

Delivery assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive the job at the estimated time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, acts of GOD etc. Orders shipped by Air Cargo (i.e., Delta Dash) must be picked up at the airport. Delivery to your door is not included or available when you order Air Cargo (Delta Dash).

Terms of Sale
All sales are final. Full payment for printing, graphic design, bindery, shipping and handling is required before any work can begin. Print jobs sent to press are printed on paper, are non-refundable.

Turnaround Time
We do not guarantee turnaround time. Our process takes five (5 to seven (7) business days for production excluding shipping on postcards and flyers on cover stock for quantities of 5,000 or more. Factors such as mechanical breakdowns and shipping company practices are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible if they affect a shipment from arriving at an estimated time. For this reason, we do not “guarantee” when a package will get there, however you do have our promise to do “everything that is reasonably possible” to get your package to its final destination in a speedy fashion. Orders submitted Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested the same business day before the job gets placed on a job run. There is no way to accurately determine how quickly a job gets on a run. If the job is placed on a run it cannot be canceled and becomes nonrefundable. We ask if you need to cancel a job please call us immediately, jobs older than 2 hours are nonrefundable. Orders placed with PayPal will be refunded minus PayPal fees; PayPal removes their fees immediately on purchases and refunds. Also, any design or layout work done will result in the graphic design (layout or file conversion) fee being assessed and is nonrefundable. Refunds for unprinted / images never submitted must be requested within 60 days from the order date, any refunds older than 60 days will become a credit towards a future purchase. We guarantee all orders to be free of defects in manufacturing. If any order does not match the generally accepted trade standards, we will reprint the order or issue the customer a refund at our discretion.

Changing Files
Once a job has been printed, the process is final and changes cannot be made.

Color Variation
We are not responsible for slight color variations between submitted images and final prints. The type of printing that we offer which is generally known in the industry as “Gang Run” printing. Gang Run printing is the process of creating printed pieces at substantially discounted prices. The way this is done is by accumulating (or ganging up) many jobs together on the same layout (or run) and printing them at the same time. One of the drawbacks with Gang-Run printing is we relinquish control of individual piece color to compensate for the entire run’s overall color. This does not mean your colors will be drastically different, the industry standard practice is to accept an overall pleasing color, which is 90% – 98% accurate to the image. Some common limitations with the Gang-Run printing process that can, and will affect color are as follows:

  • All computer monitors display color using RGB format and Commercial printing is done using CMYK color format
  • All commercial printing equipment have unique color profiles
  • The Brightness, Whiteness and Shade of different paper substrates
  • Other print jobs on the same layout can affect the overall output of the prints

Due to the items stated above, accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed and by placing and order with us you agree to this limitation.

You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your artwork. Please proofread all text, make sure images are high resolution (300 dpi), and CMYK color format. When you submit a job for print, you are certifying the job is “ready for print” and thus accepting liability if the images have errors such as, but not limited to typos, color variations, and/or low resolution. We are unable to use or recycle your printing after we have completed it. We are not responsible for storing your artwork, we do not save files. If we designed your piece please request a copy for future use.
